* Review how to locate Comparables in the MLS (matrix/Bright MLS system)

* Review the Abosrption Rate calculation and chart

* Create an Enhanced Price Trend Analysis (PTA) for a subject property

* Discuss how to present the (enhanced) PTA to a seller

*Understand how the (enhanced) PTA icorporates the time on the market, the list price to sale price ratio, absorption rate and variation factor into the resulting price range for better accuracy
